At Roche's Chemist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Roche's Chemist

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
